Therapeutic Swedish Massage

This relaxing, therapeutic full body massage incorporates classic Swedish techniques and soft tissue manipulation to de-stress the muscles and relax the mind.  This healing touch will improve general circulation to flush out toxins and calm the nervous system.

Couples Massage

Two massage therapist are employed to massage a couple at the same time, on two different tables. 

Aromatherapy Massage

The gentle yet penetrating scents and properties of flowers and plants joined with the art of massage using special blends of essential oils formulated to relax, purify or energize and enhance the massage experience.

Facial Toning Massage

For this hydrotherapy face toning massage you will start out with a facial cleansing followed by warm towels placed on the face.  A mud mask is applied to detox and firm up the face.  Warm towels are placed on the feet and hands, followed with a toning massage to the face, neck and shoulder areas.  Massage of the feet and hands is also included.  A toner mist on to the eyes completes this luxurious facial treatment.

Serenity Hot Stone Massage

From the beginning of time, man has drawn his energy from the earth.  For this massage

The therapist uses heated smooth lava stones, like an extension of the hands, for a deeply relaxing session that nourishes your body by increasing blood flow to the cells and stimulates lymph circulation, taking you to a much deeper level of relaxation, than a regular massage.  You will leave the table feeling stoned & reconnected with the earth.

Peppermint Shower

After a long drive or a day out on the lake come on in and get energized with a rejuvenating peppermint shower.

Herbal Sea Salt Glow

Designed to exfoliate skin in preparation for moisturizing, tanning or body treatment: This treatment starts with a dry brushing followed by an herbal sea salt paste applied vigorously to increase circulation while leaving skin soft, moisturized and supple.

Anesi Eye Treatment

Reduce the laugh lines.  This rich and moisturizing instant beauty treatment nourishes and protects the delicate skin of the eye area, including the eyelashes-one of the most neglected areas on the body.

Chocolate Peppermint Wrap

Our exclusive formula of warmed moor mud and essence of cocoa revitalizes and nourishes the skin as it relaxes the body.  The treatment starts with a luxurious body brushing followed by the fondue application.  The body is then wrapped in a warm cocoon of blankets to enhance the total effect.  This treatment is followed with a peppermint shower.  A mini massage with re-hydrating custom blended lotion completes this treatment.

Body Polish

A gentle exfoliation with sea salt, custom blended with essential oils, glycerin and vitamin C is used to exfoliate the skin.  This treatment is followed with a peppermint shower.  A mini massage with re-hydrating custom blended lotion completes this treatment.

Pelotheraphy Mud Wrap

Treatments using warm therapeutic organic & inorganic mud's as a natural medicinal therapy.  This treatment detoxifies, re-mineralizes & revitalizes the skin and eliminates toxins.

This treatment is followed with a peppermint shower.  A mini massage with a re-hydrating custom blended lotion completes this treatment.

Aromatherapy Scalp Massage

Essential oils are massaged into your scalp.  Your head is then wrapped in warm towels relieving mental fatigue & tension. 

Foot Rejuvenator

This pleasant treatment awakens the tired swollen feet & lower legs, when they are soaked in herbal sea salts, then exfoliated with a peppermint foot polish, and massaged with reflexology points.

Paraffin Dip

Hands or feet are massaged in a custom blended re-hydrating lotion then dipped in warm healing paraffin.  Your hands or feet are placed in heated mittens or booties.  This deep heat treatment is great for arthritis or any joint pain.

Ear Candling

Candles are used to clean the ears and remove excess ear wax and debris build up from your ears, which over time blocks the ear passages.  As the wax builds your hearing can diminish, this treatment helps to improve your hearing and is believed to help with various ear disorders.

Seaweed Body Mask

Like multi-vitamins for the skin, seaweed improves elasticity of the skin, increases circulation and reduces cellulite.  Seaweed clay is applied to the body after an exfoliating dry brushing.  You are then left to meditate & rejuvenate.  An invigorating peppermint shower and mini massage with a re-hydrating custom blended lotion completes this treatment.

Caddo Herbal Detox Wrap
